MCCORMICK FOOD FLIGHTS

McCormick, the country's premier purveyor of quality herbs and spices and recipe mixes launched its latest product, the McCormick Rice Cookers via an Asian taste tour aka #FoodFlights at Terraz (Zuellig Building) last November 28, 2013.

Mark Suntay took over the helm as the event's host while Chef Laudico entertained the guests all throughout the "flight" with a cooking demo.

Chef Laudico presented three exciting ways to liven up plain rice using McCormick's latest product.

But first, what is McCormick Rice Cookers?

The McCormick Rice Cookers reinvents the way we cook rice by infusing Asian-inspired flavors on our daily staple food. This new product line comes in three variants: Nasi Lemak Coconut Pandan Rice, Hainanese Chicken Rice and Biryani Rice.

Taste the aromatic goodness of Malaysia's signature Nasi Lemak.

The combination of Pandan and Coconut Milk makes this rice cookers variant perfect match for fried chicken, curries, stir-fried dishes and seafood mains.

The Hainanese Chicken Rice variant boasts of Singapore's famous chicken rice recipe.

It is also packed with flavorful hints of Lemongrass, Ginger and Garlic.

India's food scene is filled both with color and flavor. Experience India with Biryani Rice Cookers variant.

It has Turmeric, Cinnamon and Cardamom that will surely brighten up everyday plain rice.

All variants uses natural spices, no added MSG and no artificial flavors. Each pack of McCormick Rice Cookers is good for 2 cups of rice and if I'm not mistaken, retails at Php25 per pack and is available at leading supermarkets nationwide.

I enjoyed the McCormick asian tour with fellow jet-setters Ana and Sarah (who's crazy about Nasi Lemak).
