What do you get when you gather an interesting bunch of individuals and group them as a last-ditch effort to save the Earth?

The last local destination I went to for a trip last year was Boracay. I already lost count of the number of times I went there but just like Baguio, you don't say no to Boracay. You might think that the place is just a long stretch of white-sand beaches frequented by beautiful people but really, there's a lot to do there other than pretend swimming/ogling at local celebrities and partying.
There's always something new to do in Boracay and that's just what I did the last time I went there with my blogger friends for a sponsored group getaway. Though staying at Azalea Hotels & Residences was also a first, I managed to come up with a list of new things I did (or did not do).
Here they are:
Welcome to Azalea Boracay!
Now that you know how to get here, well Boracay in general (see previous entry), allow me to take you on a tour of Azalea Hotels & Residences where I and my blogger friends stayed at last December 13 - 16, 2015 for our #AzaleaGroupGetaway.

There are two entry points to Boracay if you're going there by plane. Caticlan and Kalibo. And for all the times I visited the island, majority of my plane rides had the latter as its entry point. Even though Caticlan is the fastest way to get to Boracay, I really don't mind landing at Kalibo every now and then especially if my flight is scheduled early in the morning. At least I get to catch up on my sleep for the two-hour ride from the airport to the Caticlan Jetty Port.
Believe me, you need all the rest you can get before arriving at the island. There's so much to do and it would be a waste if your body's not prepared for it. But aside from that, you also need to eat.
I usually grab a cup of Seattle's Best coffee at Terminal 4 (that's where the flights to Boracay depart) and save room for the rice meals offered at the plane.

These photos taken at Intramuros were inspired from the back-to-back smartphone photography workshop led by the country's in-demand photographers Jay Tablante and Roy Macam last November 21, 2015 during the ASUS Philippines' #OneDayofZen event (lifted from the the brand's 100 Days of Zen campaign).
Disclaimer: Even though the workshop focused mainly on capturing images using the impressive ZenFone 2 Laser 5.0's camera, the first seven lookbook photos in this entry were deliberately taken using a mirrorless camera for comparison's (and ootd!) sake. The rest were from the photo prowess of the Zenfone 2.

Another goal I'm set on doing this year is to make my blog a bit more useful and informative that's why I came up with the "Buy Guide".
The Buy Guide will basically feature the brands I'm wearing on my Lookbook, its price (as much as possible), availability, and options which, most of the time, I will also be lifting from the same brand collection which that particular item is from.
I already featured the clothes I was wearing here on my previous entry and for this one, I'll focus on the accessories in the order of bag, shoes, and watch.

Happy new year! So this pretty much sums up my 2015...
...on Instagram, at least.
One of my goals (I don't do resolutions) this 2016 is to beef up
