LOOKBOOK 295 + ONE DAY OF ZEN
These photos taken at Intramuros were inspired from the back-to-back smartphone photography workshop led by the country's in-demand photographers Jay Tablante and Roy Macam last November 21, 2015 during the ASUS Philippines' #OneDayofZen event (lifted from the the brand's 100 Days of Zen campaign).
Disclaimer: Even though the workshop focused mainly on capturing images using the impressive ZenFone 2 Laser 5.0's camera, the first seven lookbook photos in this entry were deliberately taken using a mirrorless camera for comparison's (and ootd!) sake. The rest were from the photo prowess of the Zenfone 2.
But before I get on with the event, allow me to get this whole fashion blogging business out of the way.
So an Instagram follower expressed her desire to start her own blog and with that, her desperation to own a camera. She even went far by asking me to hook her up with this camera brand which I'm associated with (in a way). I didn't bother replying because I know I'll sound annoyed. I was. We all know it doesn't work that way. Heck, I even paid for my own camera!

But truth be told, I was not prepared for that. I didn't even have a snappy comeback that's why I chose to shut up. And it's the new year. It'd be good to just be nice. So, I shut up. But come to think of it, what's the point of having a voice on social media if I won't use it to the extent of being a good influencer? After all, I got stuck in the word "camera" where in fact, there are other good options which won't make your parents go "Di mo naman gagamitin sa eskwela yan."
To my reader, here's a suggestion: Why don't you buy a Zenfone 2 Laser 5.0 and start a blog using the photos taken with its camera? To quote Roy Macam, "With a great eye and a gadget like the Zenfone 2, one can definitely take an image like a pro who uses an SLR camera."
The best thing about owning a ZenFone 2 is its affordability! For as low as Php7,295 (maybe even lesser) you can capture these photos in all its amazing qualities!
