About Li Li
Li Li presents the most authentic Chinese dining experience, offering the flavours of Cantonese culinary delights using the freshest of ingredients and live seafood. This stylish residential setting also features five private rooms, an extensive collection of premium wines and a tea bar.
Now I had the opportunity to indulge in the all-you-can-eat dim sum buffet a couple of days ago at Li Li. I/we just missed out on the fun of choosing from a long list of culinary dim sum delights (regular diners should look forward to this) because everything was already arranged in a personalized menu for us guests bloggers. But with dim sum favorites siomai and xiaolongbao - to name a few, included on the menu, who am I to complain?

But before the dim sum feast, we were formally welcomed with a Gongfu tea ceremony*.

*The Gongfu tea ceremony is a presentation based on the tea preparation approach which originated in Fujian and Guangdong in the 1940's.
The original term gong fu cha literally means "skill" or "capability." The tradition of the Gongfu tea ceremony is to show guests how welcome they are in a friend's home or place of business.
And the feast began...

Mention my blog post the next time you visit Li Li at Hyatt Manila and get a FREE guava iced tea worth Php300 (net).
